The Force Series is
JASON's most spacious design. By combining the tall back door and
high roof that extends almost to the front of the cap, the Force
offers more interior space than any other fiberglass cap.
INTERIOR ROOF CONSTRUCTION - We
laminate a specially formulated, densely corrugated board in the
roof of our truck caps. This material is unique in its SLEEK, LOW
PROFILE appearance. After we hand-lay this material in strategic
locations, we then saturate the area with resin and add multiple
layers of fiberglass. This multi-layered process provides the
strength, insulating qualities and great looks you've come to
expect from JASON.
THE CUTTING EDGE - To ensure
smooth, accurate window and door openings, JASON uses a high
pressure water jet cutting system. This assures that your window
and door openings are precision cut for a trouble free, water
tight seal every time. Most of our competitors are still using
outdated saws and routers which are not as accurate and cause
chipping and cracking around the openings. JASON is dedicated and
committed to using only the best, most technically advanced
equipment in our entire manufacturing process.
